My story

I was born outside and I think I may have been the runt of the litter as I was much smaller than everyone else. I couldn’t see very well as my eyes were all puffy and possibly infected, and my mum didn’t seem to want to feed or look after me much. I spent my days crying as I didn’t know what to do. Some very nice people started to treat my eyes and feed me and I began to feel better. I still spent a lot of time on my own though as my siblings were developing much faster than I was. I was being left behind, I still had problems with my eyes and I was lonely.

Me in my biscuit bowl in the house where I was born.

One day, another nice man scooped me up and drove me to a new place. I was taken to something called a vet who poked and prodded me and instructed the man and his wife to put drops in my eyes for a few weeks but also mentioned I may need an operation as I had the herpes virus. In the meantime, I was having a great time exploring my new room and I loved being able to see a bit more each day. My eyes were definitely improving.

Life today

I have so many friends I don’t know who to play with first! Life is one big adventure

My future

I think my future will be pretty good here as I love it already. I have to wait and see what the specialist says about my eyes as to whether I will still need an operation, and of course I have to be tested for FeLV and FIV when I’m about six months. Fingers crossed!

Stats

I finally weigh 1 kilogram! I'll be vaccinated very soon as I have eaten more than my body weight and am the required weight for vaccinations.

Star Qualities

I am very petite for my age and therefore unbelievably cute.

Habits

I like creeping up on Charlie and jumping on him!

NEWSFLASH: I am honoured to be the first of Twiglet’s crew to have its very own printed book, with words and pictures and everything!

I’m so excited!

You can read all about me here.

It's also on all of the other regional Amazon sites, but only in English.
